About the role
Description : We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with proven expertise in modern cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability. The ideal candidate will be a senior technical contributor who owns critical infrastructure, drives improvements across the software delivery lifecycle, and upholds best practices in operational excellence. What Youll Do : - Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) - Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes) - Lead hands-on engineering efforts, reviewing code and driving best practices for reliability and cost efficiency - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues (participation in on-call rotations) - Collaborate with application engineering and security teams to improve service reliability and observability - Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning - Research and recommend new tools to improve DevOps efficiency - Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing What Were Looking For : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering (strong individual contributor track record) - Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, containers, and distributed systems - Strong automation skills (Python, Go, Shell, Terraform) - Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog) - Deep understanding of Linux/Unix, networking, and cloud security - Strong problem-solving and operational rigor Nice to Have : - Experience in regulated environments (Fintech, Healthcare, etc.) - Open-source contributions or public technical content - AWS or cloud certifications Description : We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with proven expertise in modern cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability.
