Hiresquad Resources is looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant . We're seeking a candidate with over 6 years of expert domain knowledge across the entire hire-to-retire cycle, including significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities HCM Domain Expertise: Leverage 6+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle . Implementation Leadership: Play a key role in Oracle HCM implementations, having been part of at least 7 end-to-end HCM implementations, with a minimum of 3 on HCM Cloud . Module Specialization: Apply expert working experience in critical Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Compensation, US Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Learning, Benefits, Help Desk, and Security . Business Process Understanding: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow . Client Engagement: Actively participate in client-facing roles, including interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design sessions, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Issue Resolution: Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues and problems. Interact frequently with clients regarding specific work efforts and deliverables. Leadership & Mentorship: Exhibit good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills. Provide mentorship, manage work allocation, and deliver status updates to the Project Manager. Skills & Qualifications Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal Skills: Personal drive, flexibility, strong team player, excellent problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills. Organizational Awareness: Possess organizational awareness and sensitivity, with a focus on engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management.
