Were Hiring: Timekeeping Systems Analyst (IT + HR Systems) Chennai | Night Shift | International Process Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: Graduate Role Summary: Were seeking a handson Timekeeping Systems Analyst with strong expertise in time & attendance systems and a solid IT background. This role involves system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support, along with participation in future system implementation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Configure systems : Rules, policies, workflows Translate requirements into system logic Troubleshoot issues independently Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors Maintain SOPs and workflows Support system selection, upgrades, and implementations (UKG/Kronos, Workday) Drive system improvements and optimization Key Skills: Workforce management systems expertise Handson configuration of rules & policies Strong IT problemsolving skills Knowledge of HR/payroll processes Experience with UKG (Kronos), Workday or similar platforms Exposure to system implementation/migration projects Basic project management skills Share your resume: jasleen@hiresquad.in Call: 8766331528
