Embedded Firmware Developer (Linux)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Firmware Engineer position in Goa. The Firmware Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded software for electronic systems. Day-to-day tasks include debugging firmware issues, optimizing code performance, and collaborating with hardware and software teams to ensure system integration. The role also involves maintaining technical documentation and updating firmware as necessary. Qualifications Develop, test, and maintain firmware for Embedded Linux-based systems. Design and implement Linux device drivers and embedded applications. Strong proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving within embedded systems Strong proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving within embedded systems Hands-on experience in Embedded Software development, with knowledge of industry best practices Solid understanding of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to firmware integration with hardware Proficiency in Software Development and familiarity with modern development tools Knowledge of ARM Architecture and experience with ARM-based systems Working Experience in RTOS Strong expertise in communication protocols Ability to work in a collaborative team setting and meet project deadlines Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2+ years experience .
