ETRM Business Analyst

As an experienced ETRM Business Analyst, your role will involve delivering data products and data-driven solutions within Financial Services, Energy Trading, or Energy domains. Your strong analytical capabilities and experience with data analytics platforms will be crucial in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-driven products and solutions. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and align solutions with organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams. - Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable insights. - Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and process improvement initiatives. - Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. - Participate in user research, usability testing, and user-centered design activities. - Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment. - Influence stakeholders and support decision-making through data-driven insights and analysis. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related field. - Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Product Management, or Data Analytics are an added advantage. As an ETRM Business Analyst, you should have: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services, Energy Trading, or Energy Domain. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. - Experience in Financial Market Data, Data Analytics, Data Modelling, and Data Visualization. - Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies. - Experience working with SQL, Python, databases, data analytics tools, and data visualization technologies. - Knowledge of Product Management Methodologies, Product Strategy, Roadmap Development, Process Modelling, and Agile Development Practices. - Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and customer-centric mindset. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
