Senior AI/ML Engineer

As an AI Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing our AI-driven platforms. Your expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence will be crucial in creating scalable AI solutions that drive significant business impact. Here is what you can expect in this role: - Lead the development of end-to-end machine learning solutions, including data extraction, model training, inference, and deployment. - Build and optimize scalable AI applications using tools such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and transformer-based models like BERT, Llama, and GPT-4. - Implement multimodal systems, including OCR, NLP, computer vision, and real-time conversational agents. - Fine-tune LLMs using prompt engineering, custom datasets, and vector search to enhance model accuracy. - Develop CI/CD pipelines for model versioning, automated deployment, and cost-aware infrastructure scaling. - Construct and deploy cloud-based ML pipelines using Azure, GCP, and other relevant technologies. - Integrate ML systems into full-stack applications, ensuring performance, security, and usability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions. - Document model architecture, data flows, and deployment procedures for ongoing support and audit purposes. Qualifications & Skills: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning systems. - Experience with machine learning ops, LLMs, deep learning, OCR, NLP, and computer vision. - Proficiency in tools and platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, FastAPI, React, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. - Strong SQL and data engineering skills with cloud platforms like Azure/GCP. - Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex challenges. - Excellent communication skills to explain ML concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Salary Range: 1,700,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per year Please note the shift timings are in US Shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST), and for Mumbai-based applicants, there is an option for remote operations.
