Experience: 5+years (Relevant) Location: Bangalore (Bagmane Solarium) Mode of Work: Hybrid (3days mandatory from office) NP - Immediate Joiner only Mandatory skills - 5+ years IT experience Hands-on Python experience Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (AI agents, topics, actions) Experience with REST APIs , JSON, OAuth/API Keys Experience into GitHub Copilot or Claude Code Experience with Prompt Engineering and AI agent/workflow development Experience integrating with SAP, ServiceNow, Jira , or similar enterprise applications Key Responsibilities Build PoCs and AI agents using Python and Copilot Studio. Develop and consume REST APIs; integrate with enterprise applications. Design agentic workflows, prompts, and RAG-based solutions. Leverage GitHub Copilot / Claude Code to accelerate delivery. Test, document, and demo AI solutions to stakeholders. Share reusable components and learnings with the AI Engineers Guild. Must-Have Skills Strong Python (scripting, automation, APIs, data processing). Copilot Studio (agents, topics, actions, orchestration, connectors). REST APIs, JSON payloads, webhooks; OAuth, API Keys, Entra ID. GitHub Copilot or Claude Code for AI-assisted development. Prompt engineering and agentic workflow design. Git/GitHub fundamentals, testing, and debugging. Preferred Skills Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and MCP / tool integrations. Playwright for browser automation; Power Platform; UiPath. Custom Copilot Studio connectors. Enterprise integrations: SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar. What Success Looks Like Ship PoCs quickly using Python + APIs + Copilot Studio + AI-assisted tools. Integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems through APIs. Deliver working demos of AI agents and automations. Document and share reusable assets across the AI Engineers Guild.
