Job Title: Frontend UI Developer (React) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a passionate Frontend UI Developer with strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript technologies to build scalable, responsive, and intuitive web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, a keen eye for user experience, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code while leveraging modern AI-assisted development practices. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React and related technologies. - Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components following industry best practices. - Translate high-level designs into detailed technical implementations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, QA, and Backend Engineering. - Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. - Ensure excellent user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews. - Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with appropriate unit test coverage. - Work effectively in an Agile environment with rapid development iterations. - Leverage AI coding assistants to improve productivity, automate development workflows, and contribute to AI-powered engineering tools and practices. Basic Qualifications - Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and exceptional user experiences. - Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of modern frontend frameworks, design patterns, and UI architecture. - Ability to build solutions considering performance, bandwidth optimization, responsiveness, and multi-device compatibility. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Ability to create and review high-level and detailed technical designs. - Strong commitment to software craftsmanship, coding standards, maintainability, and automated testing. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline. - Minimum 5 years of professional frontend development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with: - React - Redux - Webpack - Lerna - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and software design principles. - In-depth knowledge of browser internals, rendering pipeline, and browser architecture. - Expert knowledge of: - JavaScript (ES5/ES6+) - HTML5 - CSS3 - CSS3 Transitions & Transformations - JSON - RESTful Web Services - XML - W3C Standards - Experience building responsive web applications using modern responsive design techniques and media queries. - Solid understanding of UI design patterns, security best practices, performance optimization, and usability principles. - Experience using development tools such as: - Git - Grunt - Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, going beyond code generation by developing or utilizing custom skills, workflows, tools, or extensions to improve engineering productivity. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with: - ES6+ - Node.js - Experience working in distributed, fast-paced Agile development environments. - Proven experience optimizing frontend applications for speed, scalability, and overall user experience. - Familiarity with Storybook (or similar component-driven development frameworks). - Exposure to modern frontend testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. .
