Coupa P2P Platform Support Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for the Coupa platform, including incident triage and issue resolution. Configure and maintain Coupa modules for end-to-end P2P processes. Monitor application performance, data integrity, and perform root cause analysis. Support supplier enablement, catalog management, invoicing, and workflows. Gather business requirements and implement system configurations. Support UAT, defect management, releases, and go-live activities. Develop reports/dashboards and support integrations. Must Have Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or equivalent 5+ years of application support experience with Coupa or similar P2P platforms. Hands-on experience with Coupa (Requisitioning, Purchasing, Invoicing, Workflows). Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Experience in incident, problem, and change management. Experience with UAT, defect management, and system configuration. Understanding of integrations, data flows, and basic SQL/log analysis. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Good to Have Experience with ServiceNow/Jira or similar ITSM tools. Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday). Experience with reporting and dashboard development. ITIL or Coupa certification. Experience in Agile environments.
