SAP Quality Management(QM) Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned SAP QM Consultant with a strong background in quality management and implementation experience. In this role, you will play a vital role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP QM solutions to help our clients maintain high-quality standards and compliance with industry regulations. you will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP QM modules for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their quality management requirements and translate them into effective SAP QM solutions. Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the functional design and architecture of application systemsTranslating user requirements to process and data requirements, designs testing approach.Constructs program flow charts to describe the processing of data and development of precise steps and processing logic Also, responsible and involved in Business Study, Business Process Design, Business Process Design Document update and ReviewSAP PM Configuration in DEV, Qlty, PRD, SAP Configuration documentSystem Testing on SAP, Enterprise Portal, Enhancement ReportsPreparation of Audit SAP DocumentRoll out Activities - SAP Configurations and UATCoordinate and execute the UAT workshops with business and identify the key issues to be processedCollaborate with clients and quality assurance teams to understand quality management requirements and objectives.Configure and implement SAP QM modules to meet client-specific quality control processes, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Quality Control Results, and Certificate Management.Set up inspection plans, inspection characteristics, and inspection methods to ensure effective quality control during manufacturing and procurement.Establish procedures for creating, tracking, and managing quality notifications for non-conformities, defects, and deviations.Implement processes for recording and analyzing quality control results, including inspection lots and results recording.Configure SAP QM for certificate generation and management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM with other relevant SAP modules, such as SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP MM (Materials Management).Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and accuracy of SAP QM solutions.Provide end-user training and support, assisting with issue resolution and troubleshooting.Stay updated on SAP QM best practices, new features, and industry regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements. Must-Have SkillsShould have at least 3-6 years of proven experience in SAP QM module, SAP QM configuration and implementation.Should have worked on at least one end to end S4HANA ImplementationShould have proficiency in configuring SAP QM modules, including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, and Certificate Management.Should have a strong understanding of quality management processes and standards.Should have knowledge of SAP integration techniques and familiarity with other SAP modules.Should have proficiency in SAP QM module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or external systems.
