Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Service Lead to lead Snowflake data platform operations, service delivery, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, data engineering, cloud data platforms, and stakeholder management. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, operational excellence, and team management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead Snowflake platform operations and service delivery. Manage Snowflake environments, performance monitoring, and optimisation. Collaborate with data engineering teams to support data pipelines and analytics solutions. Define and improve operational processes, SLAs, and support frameworks. Troubleshoot Snowflake performance, data loading, and integration issues. Ensure platform security, access management, and governance standards. Monitor system health, capacity planning, and cost optimisation. Work closely with business stakeholders and global teams. Lead and mentor technical teams supporting Snowflake services. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience managing enterprise Snowflake platforms. Experience with cloud-based data solutions. Strong communication and leadership skills. SnowPro certification is preferred.
