Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering

As an experienced candidate with a background in DME/BE and over 4 years of work experience, you will be responsible for various key tasks in the role, including: - Leading new product development projects and overseeing the process design and fixture design concepts. - Enhancing existing processes and conducting machining cost calculations for optimization. - Managing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and validating new fixtures and tools. - Handling technical development activities related to inquiries, changes, and new parts. - Optimizing product and process parameters to improve efficiency and quality. - Calculating cost per piece and managing SAP projects effectively. - Overseeing machine installation, commissioning, cutting tool design, selection, and validation. - Collaborating closely with production machining teams to ensure smooth operations. - Promoting good company and employee cooperation and fostering teamwork. - Managing engineering change processes and working on cycle time and scrap reduction initiatives. - Taking responsibility for CNC VMC programming and process flow studies, with a focus on lean process management.
