Dot Net Lead- US Shift IRC287065

As a .Net Lead at GlobalLogic, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions for the Customer product. You will work as part of a Scrum Squad and be accountable for the following key responsibilities: - Delivery: - Review, refine, estimate, and prioritize functional requirements in collaboration with the Scrum Squad to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Address non-functional outcomes such as scale, security, deployment, and operability considerations. - Propose options and communicate information to support effective decision-making while taking ownership of project outcomes. - Implement requirements using clean and performant code adhering to relevant design patterns and standards. - Engage in design and review processes as both an author and a reviewer. - Perform verification and validation to ensure completeness of product backlog items before handover. - Troubleshoot customer-raised production issues and ensure relevant documentation is produced. - Ensure 'Definition of Done' is achieved for all items, including appropriate Unit Testing. - Teamwork & Collaboration: - Focus on quality outcomes through close collaboration with squad members. - Execute relevant tasks to support successful delivery of project outcomes. - Engage in all quarterly release planning and Scrum Ceremonies. - Effectively communicate technical options/decisions within the Scrum Squad and beyond. - Offer technical guidance and engage in mentoring activities. - Technology: - Assess and understand current industry methodologies and emerging technologies. - Implement defined technology adopted by product/squad and recommend technology for adoption. - Recommend technical hygiene activities including technical debt resolution and supportability improvements.
