Your primary responsibilities will include preparing customer documentation, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials. You will coordinate design activities across a global network of factories and actively participate in internal design concept reviews. How you’ll make an impact Prepare customer documents, manufacturing drawings, and bills of materials. Coordinate design activities within a worldwide network of factories. Participate in internal design concept reviews. Foster a collaborative team environment and demonstrate strong networking abilities. Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams across different regions. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering. 2–7 years of experience in mechanical design within the distribution or power transformer manufacturing industry (candidates with greater experience are also considered). Solid understanding of IS, IEC, and IEEE standards. Knowledge of clearance/creepage, basic layout, and cleats lead arrangement. Experience in winding design is an advantage. Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, Inventor, CATIA) and FEA tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to collaborate with technical teams globally. Strong command of English, both spoken and written. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
