As a Jr. Quality Engineer you will play a critical part in ensuring that high-performance transformer products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. This position offers the chance to work at the heart of manufacturing excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding results. In this role, every inspection, test, and analysis contributes to a bigger mission, powering communities and supporting sustainable energy solutions. How you'll make an impact Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections

Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products

Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed

Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data

Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments

Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your background

  • U.S. citizenship required

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems

  • Experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
