And that’s where you come in. Job Description: Dans ce cadre nous recherchons un(e) Release & Deployment Manager pour notre produit ALVEA. Votre aventure commence ici : Au sein du département Engineering (Integrated Communications & Supervision), dédié aux systèmes de contrôle des opérations et aux services aux voyageurs, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Release Solution. Vous aurez pour mission de piloter et coordonner la réussite des releases publiques de notre produit stratégique ALVEA™ IOCC (Integrated Operation Control Center), déployé dans nos projets à travers le monde (lignes principales, tramways et grandes métropoles internationales). Responsabilités principales Définir et exécuter la stratégie d’intégration et de validation (incluant la stratégie d’automatisation des tests système) Mettre en place la gouvernance QA : Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), quality gates. Assurer la livraison publique/interne trimestrielle d’une solution entièrement intégrée. Orchestrer l’intégration continue de tous les sous‑systèmes développés par les équipes Scrum distribuées, en maximisant l’usage de l’automatisation des tests système. Piloter les tests des exigences non fonctionnelles (NFR) : déployabilité, sécurité (cyber & safety), scalabilité, performance, robustesse. Superviser la disponibilité des infrastructures de plateforme permettant des workflows de livraison efficaces, fiables et automatisés (CI/CD). Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs clés de qualité : statut PCR, couverture de tests, stabilité des releases. Mettre en œuvre les points de contrôle qualité : gates de tests, étapes de validation, contrôles d’intégration. Assurer des boucles de feedback rapprochées avec les projets clients afin d’améliorer en continu et de les accompagner efficacement (ex. réutilisation des tests système automatisés du produit). Garantir une gestion de configuration cohérente et conforme aux principes de Data Continuity (Shared Palma). Coordonner les points d’intégration inter‑équipes à travers les fuseaux horaires et les zones géographiques. Promouvoir les principes agiles, soutenir les rétrospectives et contribuer à la montée en maturité des équipes. Qui êtes vous: Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de systèmes intégrés à grande échelle et d’environnements de développement distribués. Forte expérience dans un environnement de type SAFe (idéalement sur des configurations large solution et internationales). Maîtrise approfondie du CI/CD, des pratiques DevOps, de l’automatisation et des stratégies de test. Expérience avérée en gouvernance QA et en tests non fonctionnels.
