Key Skills & Competencies Functional Expertise Strong knowledge of D365 FO Finance and Supply Chain modules Expertise in procurement, sales, inventory management, order management, manufacturing, and financial accounting Familiarity with PMA and warehouse management functionalities Business Process Knowledge Ability to map business requirements to D365 FO capabilities Understanding of industry best practices in finance, compliance, reporting, inventory control, and demand planning Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of D365 FO data entities, workflows, security roles, and architecture Exposure to integrations using Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate Leadership & Communication Ability to lead functional workstreams and manage implementation deliverables Strong communication skills to engage business users, technical teams, and stakeholders Ability to explain complex functional concepts to non-technical audiences Problem Solving & Analysis Strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend effective solutions Proactive approach to improving business processes through system configuration Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field 5–7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
