Senior BIM Modeler - Structure

Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Structure BIM technology, Create 3D BIM coordinated models in Revit Structure as per specific standards ISO 19560/BEP and practices. Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities. Coordinating and collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and clash-free delivery Business acumen, sampling, estimation, QA/QC Higher cognitive and analytical and problem solving skills, Excellent communication skills and presentability Structure Modeling: Creating detailed 3D models of Precast, reinforced concrete and Steel structures using BIM software, including structural drawings, BOQ/quantity extraction, LOD requirements and BIM standards System Integration: Collaborating with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate Structure systems seamlessly into the overall building design. Ensuring that the Structure system aligns with the architectural and any other services. Coordination: Conducting clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts between different building systems. This is crucial to prevent issues during construction and to optimize spatial efficiency.
