Draughtsperson 3D

As an Architectural Draughtsman, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality architectural and interior finishes drawings and details for multiple projects. Your tasks will include: - Understanding the concept and design provided by the core design team and Senior Architect - Preparing architectural and interior finishes drawings at various project stages, from schematic to GFC - Ensuring the accuracy of drawings - Working systematically to meet assigned deadlines - Visiting construction sites for measurements and dimensions when necessary Your coordination duties will involve: - Collaborating with the core design team for design intent and updates - Liaising with the Municipal Team for Municipal Drawings - Working with the 3D Team for Visuals - Communicating with Consultant Representatives for drawing coordination and follow-ups on structural, MEP, landscape, facade drawings, and BOQs Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation and organized maintenance of drawings and documentation by: - Creating and maintaining drawing lists - Managing Drawing Control Index - Keeping records, files, transmittals, and approval copies - Assisting the senior architect in preparing project reports, schedules, and presentations as needed Please note that this position requires 5-12 years of experience and is based in Navi Mumbai & Bandra.
