Process Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities : Design, develop, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Develop and maintain technical documentation of processes, including flowcharts, procedures, and training materials. Troubleshoot issues related to process operations and equipment performance. Job Requirements : 5-6 years of experience in process engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of process automation, operational excellence, process development, process design, process engineering principles. Experience with technology transfer from research & development (R&D) scale up to commercial production scale.
