Job Description Active Directory Modernization Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 58 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities Design and implement Active Directory (AD) modernization and cloud identity transformation solutions.Migrate and modernize on-premises Active Directory environments to hybrid/cloud platforms.Manage Kubernetes deployments using GitOps principles and Kustomize overlays.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.Configure and manage secrets using HashiCorp Vault, SecretProviderClass, and environment-specific configurations.Build, deploy, and maintain Node.js applications in Kubernetes environments.Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and support incident management.Implement observability, reliability engineering, and Service Level Objective (SLO) best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure.Mandatory Skills 58 years of IT experience with relevant experience in Active Directory Modernization.Experience with large-scale Active Directory Modernization or Cloud Identity Transformation.Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and GitOps.Expertise in Kustomize, deployment strategies, rollbacks, and configuration management.Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipeline development.Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, SecretProviderClass, and secrets management.Experience deploying Node.js applications.Good understanding of monitoring, incident management, and reliability engineering.Preferred Skills Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.Hybrid Identity, Azure AD Connect, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.Excellent stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.Ability to lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.Immediate Joiners Preferred.
