Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer (ITSM | HRSD | ITOM | IRM) Experience: 7+ Years Location: Bangalore / Pune Employment Type: Full time Immediate joiner prefer ( 90 days notice not acceptable ) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Asset Management. Develop and maintain HRSD solutions such as Employee Center, HR Case Management, HR Catalogs, Lifecycle Events, and HR Workflows. Configure and support ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, MID Server, Orchestration, and Cloud Discovery. Implement IRM/GRC solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity Management. Develop custom applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs. Maintain CMDB health, data quality, and governance. Required Skills 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development. Robust expertise in ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and IRM modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow Scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server. Solid knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Ser .
