Role: Salesforce CRM Analytics professional Location: Mumbai, India Client: Comsense Technologies Experience: 2 To 4 yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics professional to design, develop, and optimize analytical solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics. - Develop and maintain dataflows, recipes, and lenses for business reporting needs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions. - Integrate CRM Analytics with Salesforce objects, external data sources, and other platforms as needed. - Optimize data architecture, transformation pipelines, and query performance. - Support ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and data governance within CRM Analytics. - Train users and promote adoption of dashboards and reporting tools across business units. - Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, and business intelligence teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics - Proficient in SAQL, JSON metadata, and dataflows/recipes - Robust understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and security/sharing rules - Experience integrating external datasets into CRM Analytics - Proficient in dashboard design best practices, UX principles, and performance optimization - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, SOQL, and Apex (nice to have) - Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, Datorama, or Tableau is a plus - Salesforce certifications preferred: .
