Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Lakshmi Machine Works Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Conduct site visits to inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including design, development, and testing. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
