About the role
Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based microservices. Build and optimize REST APIs for internal and external integrations. Implement asynchronous processing patterns using Kafka and RabbitMQ. Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices. Work with Oracle SQL databases for schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes). Implement observability practices including logging, metrics, and tracing. Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and release reliability. Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution. Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation. Constantly motivate and encourage team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressurized with high targets. Write well designed, testable, efficient code Ensure designs are following specifications Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
