Job Description Introduction We are seeking a Purple Team Analyst to join the Information Security team, working at the intersection of offensive and defensive security. This role focuses on executing red team operations, conducting forensic investigations, and strengthening security controls by simulating real-world adversary techniques. What youll do Youll execute red team operations, adversary emulation, and penetration testing using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK. Youll conduct forensic investigations, analyze Windows artefacts, and build detailed timelines to reconstruct attacker activity. Youll identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.Youll collaborate with Red, Blue, and IT teams to improve detection capabilities, incident response readiness, and security posture. Youll develop offensive tooling, validate security controls, and apply threat-driven techniques to enhance overall security effectiveness. Qualifications About you You have 48+ years of experience in Red Team, Purple Team, penetration testing, or security engineering.You have strong knowledge of adversary tactics, attack chains, privilege escalation, and lateral movement.You have hands-on experience with SIEM/XDR tools (e.g., Sentinel), scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and offensive tooling. You have experience in digital forensics, including Windows forensic analysis and investigation techniques. You have strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills with a security-first mindset.
