About the role
Minimum Requirements: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in real estate. Good at preparing and maintaining quality documents. Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken). Experience working on high-rise buildings. Key Responsibilities: Help create and follow quality procedures at the site. Conduct training sessions to improve quality awareness among site staff. Check and inspect site work as per approved guidelines. Do regular inspections and keep proper records. Maintain all project quality documents like test results, inspection reports, and certificates. Review and support corrective actions for any quality issues. Ensure snagging (finding issues) and de-snagging (fixing issues) is done on time. Check and approve materials delivered to the site (excluding MEP items). Work with the site team to resolve quality-related problems quickly.
