About the role
As a UX / Product Designer with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience, your role involves contributing across the end-to-end design lifecycle. You should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders is key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs - Design intuitive, scalable experiences for web and/or mobile applications - Contribute to feature-level and product-level UX decisions - Apply UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices Research & Validation: - Participate in user research activities such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys - Synthesize insights into actionable design recommendations - Validate design solutions through testing and iteration UI & Design Systems: - Create and maintain UI components aligned with design systems - Ensure consistency across screens and platforms - Collaborate on design system documentation and updates Collaboration & Delivery: - Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams - Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives - Support developers with handoffs, specifications, and clarifications Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or Product Design - Experience working on live digital products (web or mobile) - Strong understanding of UX fundamentals and good visual design skills - Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design handoff workflows - Clear communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively - Experience in fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or consumer products is preferred Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must share a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, clear problem statements, rationale, and UX process, not just final UI screens.
