In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
