About the role
YOU MUST HAVE 7+ years of experience leading user research and/or experience design leveraging foundational behavioral science and psychology Proven experience leading digital or UX transformation initiatives in a matrixed environment Ability to operate across software and real-world operational systems
WE VALUE Bachelor’s and/or advanced degree in degree in Behavioral Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience Design, or a related field Deep understanding of customer journeys, workflows, and systems thinking Experience in platform-based ecosystems (e.g., cloud, enterprise SaaS, industrial tech) Exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or design workflows Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills Experience building or scaling UX functions within complex organizations
