YOU MUST HAVE 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT with leadership responsibility Experience leading large-scale transformation programs Expertise across SAP CPQ, Salesforce, SAP ERP, and integrations Expertise in AI LLM models, implemented in quote to cash life cycle Experience driving quote-to-cash or similar business process digitization Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management Experience leading global teams Knowledge of IT operations and service management practices
WE VALUE Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field Experience in building automation, industrial, automotive, or logistics industries Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms in addition Strong executive communication and influence skills Ability to balance strategy and execution Experience leading distributed global teams
