Lead IT Architect ORACLE HCM (Integration Cloud)

Must Have Experience in Oracle HCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Experience in End-to-End Ecosystems for Human Resources, including technology strategy, roadmap, governance, and expectation management. Familiarity and experience integrating ERP with master data systems and integration platforms. Experience overseeing/implementing architecture of at least three End-to-End HCM implementations, preferably in Oracle Cloud, for global multinationals. 5 or more years of professional IT experience in large-scale business systems environments, with hands-on experience as an architect. Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud experience are preferred. Ownership mindset with a service-oriented attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team. We Value Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, along with knowledge of EA tools for modeling architecture.
