Lead Supply Planner

As a Lead Supply Planner Kinaxis Super User at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in enhancing supply chain operations by driving continuous improvement in the Kinaxis system. Your expertise in supply chain and Kinaxis Maestro will be instrumental in enhancing planning processes, improving data quality, and delivering scalable solutions to optimize inventory levels and decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the Kinaxis subject matter expert for the PT Planning COE, driving adoption of advanced planning capabilities and enforcing standard processes. - Identify, design, and implement Kinaxis process and system enhancements to improve planner productivity and end-to-end planning visibility. - Champion continuous improvement by training planners and cross-functional partners on advanced Kinaxis functionality and data-driven decision-making. - Coordinate planning system issue resolution with the IT support team. - Support advanced planning system migration as SME, Trainer, UAT lead, and post-go-live support. - Partner with business stakeholders to understand supply chain planning processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and process flows for planning solutions. - Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution designs for Kinaxis Maestro and related ERP planning processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in demand planning, operations planning/scheduling, or materials management. - Experience with Kinaxis Maestro supply and inventory planning tools. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data. - Experience with SAP ERP systems is preferred. - APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification is a plus. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. - Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers. - Experience in end-to-end projects within supply chain planning, including requirements gathering, testing, and training.
