YOU MUST HAVE 7+ years of experience in IT analysis, particularly in financial systems. Proven track record of delivering IT projects Demonstrated experience in successfully leading technology projects to completion. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries. Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience with SAP S4 FICO or similar ERP systems Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Excellent technical leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. SAP certifications in S/4 Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), or related financial modules. Experience working in complex, global finance and controlling environments. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end financial processes, including record‑to‑report, cost management, and financial close. Experience supporting financial integration across business domains, including Manufacturing, Logistics, and Capital Projects. Ability to translate complex financial and controlling requirements into clear system designs and business requirements. Strong documentation, training, and communication skills. Experience with structured testing methodologies, deployment readiness, and hypercare support.
