YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, project controls, engineering operations, or related fields. Experience with SAP project systems and financial management. Experience with PowerBI or Tableau visualization dashboard creation and management. Experience with cost management and project cost accounting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

WE VALUE Experience supporting engineering or RDE organizations. Knowledge of workforce planning and labor utilization management. Familiarity with AOP planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to communicate complex information to executive audiences. Experience driving operational excellence and process improvements. Continuous improvement and Lean mindset. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
