YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, engineering, environmental science, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive safety, health, and environmental experience. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Experience with HSE Management systems and compliance tools. WE VALUE Experience in a manufacturing environment. Environmental Compliance experience, especially Hazardous Waste management experience. Bilingual (Spanish) skills at an intermediate conversational proficiency. Past experience implementing and sustaining HSE management systems (ISO 14001/45001). ASP (Associate Safety Professional), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), or other similar certification. Passion for promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. Strong business acumen and ability to align HSE engineering with organizational goals. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
