Proven experience in a technical sales or solution consulting role specifically into the “Hospitality” concepts. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. 5+ years of experience with Sales or Technical delivery in the Building Controls field Strong knowledge in the “Hospitality” concept and elements Designs and implements technical solutions for various aspects of a “Hospitality”, such as BMS, Guestroom Management System (GRMS), Door Locking, Lighting Controls, Fire Alarm System, Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), CCTV, Access Control etc. Provides expert advice on “Hospitality” strategies, policies, and best practices. WE VALUE Advanced Engineering degree (e.g., Master's) in a relevant field Experience in the META region and understanding of the local market Experience within large matrixed organizations, with proven track record of innovation, delivery, and results. Knowledge of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
