About the role
Minimum 7 years professional experience with Windows application development using C++ and C#, with some experience with Lua and Java. Experience in latest web technologies and SQL database systems. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in platform architecture, design, and implementation. Experience working with communication systems, including integration and troubleshooting. Proven ability to interface with customers and external developers to provide technical support and solutions. Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Nice to have: Experience with intrusion and access control platforms or related security systems. Fluency in German for communication with international customers and partners. Previous experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
About the Team
You will be part of a skilled and motivated team of 10 engineers responsible for the full lifecycle of the MB intrusion and access control platform’s software and firmware.
