Attend scheduled training sessions and seminars focused on both technical and soft skills development. Collaborate on real-world projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. Participate in mentorship meetings and engage with managers for career guidance. Represent Honeywell at various events and engage in community outreach when needed. Complete required project assignments and demonstrate effective time management skills in a remote work environment. Support the Building Management System (BMS) Technical Support team in daily operational and administrative activities. Assist in preparing technical reports, service summaries, management presentations, and customer support documentation. Track and maintain records of technical support cases, customer issues, escalations, and resolutions. Collect, organize, validate, and analyze technical and operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide visibility into support activities, service trends, KPIs, and team performance. Support the reporting and tracking of training activities, certifications, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team development programs. Analyze recurring technical issues and support the identification of trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Assist in maintaining technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, lessons learned, and best-practice repositories. Collaborate with technical support engineers and other stakeholders to gather data and prepare analytical reports and insights. Support process improvement and digitalization initiatives through reporting automation and data visualization tools.
