Systems Engr II

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Computer Science, or related field . 3–8 years of experience in Rulestream or similar rule-based systems. Hands-on experience with Siemens Rulestream (architecture, modeling, rule creation) . Strong programming knowledge in: .NET / C# VB.NET (preferred in legacy implementations)

Understanding of: Object-oriented programming (OOP) Engineering design processes Configuration/validation systems

Experience with database concepts (SQL Server) . Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST APIs) . Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PLM tools (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter) . Familiarity with CAD systems (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) . Understanding of manufacturing or product configuration processes . Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities Design and develop engineering automation solutions using Siemens Rulestream . Create and maintain rules, workflows, and object models within Rulestream. Analyze business and engineering requirements and translate them into rule-based logic. Integrate Rulestream with enterprise systems such as PLM (Teamcenter), ERP, CAD tools , or web services. Develop and maintain user interfaces, forms, and reports within Rulestream applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rule execution, workflows, and performance. Collaborate with engineering, product, and IT teams to optimize automation processes. Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
