Engineer - Vacuum System

We are seeking Vacuum System Engineers experienced in vacuum systems and related technologies The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with vacuum chambers, fittings, and leak testing along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities Assemble, and integrate vacuum system components including vacuum chambers, valves, gauges, fittings and related parts Perform vacuum leak testing using appropriate methods (helium leak detection) Conduct system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis Interpret and work with engineering drawings, and technical specifications Ensure proper installation and alignment of vacuum components Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams Maintain documentation, test reports, and inspection records Adhere to safety standards and quality procedures during all integration activities Required Qualifications B E /B TECH/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field Experience of 2 5 years in vacuum system integration Experience in industries such as semiconductor, aerospace, research equipment, or vacuum technology systems is preferable Hands-on experience with: Vacuum chambers assembly and vacuum fittings Vacuum leak testing techniques Technical Skills Good understanding of mechanical assemblies and system integration practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents Familiarity with tools, instruments, and sealing methods Basic knowledge of materials and sealing methods used in vacuum environments Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
