Position: 4 Job Title Database Developer Hours per week Full time (40 hrs) Jobs available 2 Job location Troy, MI/ Atlanta, GA Benefits Dental, medical and optical insurance Job description Horizon Softech, Inc has multiple openings in Troy, MI and Atlanta, GA for Database Developer for Database creation and Instance configuration on all Life Cycles. Monitor user level Access to databases and monitor database Performance. Set up various Replication Strategies for Back up and reporting purpose. Create and modify stored Procedures/Functions/triggers. Synch data to lower environment server using red gate compare tool. configure high availability Always on SQL 2012,2014,2016 data Base servers. Install the golden Gate software and set up configuration for Transnational replication in SQL Server. Job requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Information System, Engineering, Business or Science needed with 1 year of experience or in alternate an Associate degree in one of the above fields with 3 years of experience would be acceptable, irrespective of job title. Travel required for relocation and visits to customer locations across US to perform required tasks. No telecommuting.
