About the role
As a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman/AutoCAD Designer at House Banao located in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, your role involves creating accurate architectural, interior, and MEP drawings. You should possess strong technical drawing skills and hands-on experience with design and visualization software. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed architectural, interior, and construction drawings using AutoCAD. - Develop 2D and 3D design models as per project requirements. - Create layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings. - Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams for drawing revisions and updates. - Review and incorporate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings into project plans. - Generate realistic 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp and V-Ray. - Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and project records. - Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory). - Working knowledge of Revit for BIM modeling and drafting. - Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling. - Proficiency in V-Ray for rendering and visualization. - Basic understanding of MEP Drawings (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing). - Strong knowledge of construction drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailing. - Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in drafting, architectural design, or interior design projects. - Experience working on residential and commercial projects is preferred.
