About the role
As a Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Analytics, your role will involve supporting initiatives that drive operational efficiency and commercial growth. You will work with large customer datasets, develop analytical models, and contribute to network optimization projects. Additionally, you will assist in building analytics tools and insights to enhance supply chain performance and support sales team activities. Key Responsibilities: - Process and analyze raw customer data for cost analysis, pricing models, and network optimization studies for sales bids and customer proposals. - Contribute to supply chain network optimization projects including facility location analysis, capacity modeling, transportation flow analysis, and cost-to-serve modeling. - Aid in transitioning Excel-based workflows into scalable applications by documenting requirements and collaborating with development teams. - Support the development and deployment of AI-enabled analytics tools by preparing datasets and contributing to iterative improvements. - Assist in creating and enhancing customer-facing analytics dashboards for inventory optimization, transportation analytics, and demand forecasting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial & Operations Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. - 3-6 years of experience in supply chain analytics or a quantitative operations role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. - Exposure to Python for data analysis, modeling, or automation. - Familiarity with supply chain optimization concepts; experience with tools such as Supply Chain Guru is advantageous. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: - Exposure to Agile development practices and cross-functional product teams. - Understanding of warehouse automation technologies and their impact on supply chain design. - Strong presentation and data storytelling skills for communicating analytical insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
