About the role
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing. Experience in CAD software, preferably in Solidworks. Knowledgeable in blueprint reading and GD&T Experience with Microsoft Office products. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering Three to five years of experience with CNC machining and/or metal forming processes Experience reviewing and updating industry specifications Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Syteline, Oracle or QAD Knowledge of material science and stress/strain analysis desirable Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must occasionally lift / carry / move up to 25 pounds. Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy office environment. Need to be able to wear safety steel toe shoes and walk around at shop floor environment as needed.
