Supply Chain Analytics Consultant

As a member of the Supply Chain Analytics organization at HP Inc, you will play a crucial role in enabling digital transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading initiatives that leverage advanced analytics through simulation, AI/ML modeling, optimization techniques, and predictive analytics. - Collaborating closely with business units, regions, functions, and vendors to drive the way the world works and lives through innovative solutions. To excel in this role, we are looking for an individual with the following skills: - Proven expertise in contributing to the end-to-end value chain in a complex environment, delivering tangible business outcomes. - Ability to orchestrate and design analytics solutions, simulations, and models to tackle supply chain challenges. - Hands-on experience with advanced analytics and optimization techniques, as well as proficiency in tools like R, Python. - Proficiency in working with big data sets to drive business process performance improvements. - Familiarity with SAP IBP/planning and Ariba/supplier management solutions. - Strong skills in visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Strong business acumen, a sense of ownership, integrity, attention to detail, and a focus on driving results. In terms of academics and experience, we are looking for candidates who have: - Bachelors degree in Operations, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics. Alternatively, a B.Sc or M.Sc in Data Science or Analytics, or an MBA in Supply Chain Management. - A minimum of three years of work experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations planning in the Hi-Tech or related industry, with a track record of multitasking and thriving in cross-functional environments.
