About the role
The Opportunity : As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented frontend engineers responsible for building and scaling both Web and Mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor engineers while delivering high-quality products at scale. Experience in both Web and Mobile development is mandatory. Key Responsibilities : Engineering Leadership : - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Frontend Engineering team. - Drive technical excellence, code quality, and engineering best practices. - Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture reviews. - Build a culture of ownership, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Frontend Development : - Lead the development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance Web applications using React.js & Next.js. - Drive the development and optimization of Mobile applications using Flutter. - Ensure seamless and consistent user experiences across Web and Mobile platforms. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces. Architecture & Performance : - Design scalable frontend architecture and reusable component libraries. - Improve application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and maintainability. - Ensure high standards for security, scalability, and code maintainability. Cross-functional Collaboration : - Partner with Product Managers, Backend Engineers, QA, DevOps, and Design teams to deliver customer-centric products. - Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release planning, and technical roadmaps. - Drive Agile development practices and engineering execution. What We're Looking For : - 5 to 7 years of experience in Frontend Development with at least 1 to 2 years leading a team or working as a Team Lead/Engineering Lead. - Strong hands-on experience in both Web and Mobile application development (Mandatory). Technical Skills (Mandatory) : - Web - React.js - Next.js - JavaScript (ES6+) - HTML5 - CSS3 - Tailwind CSS - Mobile - Flutter (Mandatory) - Dart .
