Job Title: Manager Operational Excellence (OPEx) Location: Plant-Based Role Experience: 10+ Years Qualification: - B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (mandatory) - Certified Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt / Yellow Belt (mandatory) - Experience with Deming Award/TQM practices will be an added advantage Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manager Operational Excellence (OPEx) to drive continuous improvement initiatives at the plant level. This role requires strong expertise in manufacturing excellence, quality systems, and process optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and implement Operational Excellence initiatives across plant operations - Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM methodologies - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency - Facilitate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements - Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational goals - Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the plant - Support Deming/TQM assessments and excellence frameworks - Conduct training and capability-building programs for plant teams Key Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations with a focus on Operational Excellence - Mandatory Six Sigma certification (Green/Black/Yellow Belt) - Robust knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and TQM practices - Hands-on experience in plant environments is mandatory - Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable impact - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Note: - This is a plant-based role.
