About the role
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Design user interfaces that adhere to best practices in usability and accessibility. - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs. - Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Experience with conducting user research and usability testing. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Qualification & Experience Required: - Bachelor's degree. - Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role. - Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. - Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
