Technical Architect/Lead Product Engineer

As an experienced candidate for this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end product delivery across multiple technology products and platforms. This includes owning the full architecture lifecycle from design to production. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving architecture discussions to ensure alignment with product strategy, including API-First design, microservices decomposition, and cloud infrastructure decisions. - Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to define requirements, timelines, and delivery milestones. - Managing full-stack engineering initiatives involving AI/ML, frontend (Next.js), backend (Python, Node.js), and databases (PostgreSQL, PG Vector). - Overseeing AWS infrastructure design and operations across various services such as AppRunner, EC2, RDS, EBS, and S3. - Governing and evolving the API Backend, including the API Layer (Next.js Service), Data Access Layer (GraphQL), Storage & Infrastructure Layer, and AI Platform Layer. - Conducting R&D to evaluate new technologies and enhance product capabilities in LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI domains. - Implementing Agile best practices such as sprint planning, backlog management, and risk mitigation. - Monitoring KPIs, budget, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. - Ensuring smooth integration of low-code/no-code accelerators to reduce development timelines. - Maintaining technical documentation and ensuring security and compliance standards are met. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent field. - 10+ years of professional experience in technical project management with hands-on architecture ownership. - Deep expertise in full-stack development including Next.js/React JavaScript frameworks, Python, Node.js, Hasura GraphQL server, PostgreSQL, AWS RDS, and AWS S3. - End-to-end architecture ownership experience including API-First architecture design, secure API Gateway design, and AI Processing Pipeline. - Hands-on AI/ML experience in LLM-based models, RAG pipeline design, Agentic AI systems, and Vector database usage. - Experience with microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment. - Exceptional R&D mindset, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team management skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
